How we integrate with Google
This page outlines how our applications, ReviewRescue and Konektia, interact with Google APIs. We adhere strictly to Google's API Terms of Service to provide seamless automation for our clients.
1. Read & Reply to Reviews
We use the GBP API to fetch customer reviews from our clients' Google Business locations. Using AI, we generate context-aware draft responses that business owners can publish directly back to Google via our dashboard.
2. Automated Messaging
Through Google's Business Messages, we act as an automated responder (Konektia) that replies to incoming chats from potential customers 24/7, answering FAQs and booking appointments instantly.
3. Secure Authentication
All Google API access is performed via secure OAuth 2.0. Users grant explicit permission to manage their locations, and they can revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings.
